摘要：介绍了湖南茶歌的类型和来源，选析了湖南的一些特色茶歌，提出了湖南茶歌未来应走之路：一是重视传统茶歌的自然传承，二是实现茶歌与旅游、娱乐、促销相结合，三是实现各类型茶歌的全面发展。

摘 要：介绍了茶叶传说：神农氏在龙窖山播茶种，娥皇和女英在君山播茶种；简述了自秦汉到清代的岳阳茶史。文章特别指出：四川吴理真种茶比瑶族先民在龙窖山种茶晚了几百年，决非中国第一位种茶人，所谓吴理真“开启了人工植茶先河”一说纯属误会。

Abstract: Introduced the legend of tea: Shen Nong planted the seed of tea in Longjiao Mountain, and E'huang and Nvying planted the seed of tea on the Jun Mountain; Briefly introduced the history of tea in Yueyang from Qin Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. This issue specially pointed out that Wu Lizhen in Sichuan had planted the seeds of tea about hundreds years later than the ancestors of Yao People, so he was not the first person to plant tea. The theory that Wu launched the beginning of  artificial planting of tea was only misunderstanding.

Abstract: The spirit of ancestor of the tea is core meaning and soul reflects from the Shen Nong who is regarded as the ancestor of tea. He had tasted hundreds kinds of plants, discovered the value of tea, made use of tea and got many other great achievements. This issue selects neoteric stories of tea in Nie Town, Linxiang, Hunan, and discusses how the people work for tea in Linxiang comprehend and carry forward the spirit of ancestor of tea or the spirit of Yan & Huang Empire from four apects: spirit of benifiting peole, spirit of creativity, spirit of advocating morality, spirit of valuing harmony.

摘  要：解释了“天人合一”观、有机农业、有机食品、有机农业生态系统等概念，分析了炎帝神农氏“天人合一”观与有机茶生产理念的联系，介绍了岳阳经济技术开发区三荷茶叶专业合作社对神农炎帝“天人合一”观的认识与实践。作者强调：发展有机茶生产，除了建立健全标准化生产体系外，借鉴古代的生态理论、弘扬茶祖人文精神是十分必要的。
